Please follow the following step:

1. Download the zip file.

2. Use winzip to unzip and extract the files to a folder.  
For example, if you extract them to c:\temp\selfimmolation\, 
then after extraction, you will see the following files (folders) under c:\temp\selfimmolation\:

	AUTORUN.INF (file)
	VCD_PLAY.EXE (file)
	EXT (folder, there are two files under this folder: LOT_X.VCD, PSD_X.VCD)
	MPEGAV (folder, contains 1 file: AVSEQ01.DAT)
	SEGMENT (folder, nothing under it)
	VCD (folder, contains: ENTRIES.VCD, INFO.VCD, LOT.VCD, PSD.VCD) 

3. Use any CD creator software to write all the files and folders to a new CD.
    After you done, the files listed under the CD should be the exact structure as that
    of c:\temp\selfimmolation folder. Namely, you will see following files (folders) on your
    newly created CD:

	AUTORUN.INF (file)
	VCD_PLAY.EXE (file)
	EXT (folder, there are two files under this folder: LOT_X.VCD, PSD_X.VCD)
	MPEGAV (folder, contains 1 file: AVSEQ01.DAT)
	SEGMENT (folder, nothing under it)
	VCD (folder, contains: ENTRIES.VCD, INFO.VCD, LOT.VCD, PSD.VCD)		

4. Test it. If you eject the CD and put it in again, it should automatically launch the VCD_PLAY.exe window and start to play. If for some reason, it doesn't play automatically,
just double click on VCD_PLAY.exe file, it will start to play.
